Bongekile Memory Dlamini holds a BSc in Environmental Health from the University of Zululand and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). She leads the training and development of formalisation consultants and oversees workshops under Masthead supervision for governance and compliance on business management, anti-fraud prevention, POPIA & FICA compliance, and the practical onboarding of informal traders into the formal economy.
